Photo Cut Paste - Ultimate is a photo-editing app that lets you crop any picture on your device, and use it to create a sort of sticker. You can then use that sticker (usually a person or a face) to paste it over any other image.
The app doesn't have many features, but the ones it has work pretty well. The first thing you have to do is crop the image you want to get the sticker from. You can use one of the geometric figures to frame your selection, or do it manually, which usually turns out much better. Once you crop the image manually, you can also use an eraser to perfect the edges.
After that first step, you just have to open a different image and paste your new sticker. You can rotate and resize it to fit the new image perfectly. You can even add several stickers to the same image.

Good application, but the only downside is that it doesn't save the image to the gallery, which makes it impossible to use for editing with other applications.
